BUILD DESIGN STUDIO, LLC provides Architectural and Project Management services from concept design through building permit documents based on the owner’s program. As Designers, Build Design Studio, LLC ensures that each Project’s Program and Construction Documents are composed to satisfy the Client’s vision and to meet with all applicable codes. Our services include recommendations and management of the entire required design team for each project.  The Team may include Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineers, Civil Engineers, and Low Voltage Designers, and others as needed for each specific project’s unique demands.

The studio principals, Greg Nicolay and Jeff Gammill, are both licensed Architects and bring over 60 years of strong combined experience in the design, scheduling, and management of construction for commercial buildings of numerous typologies. This strong background with real-world experience translates into efficient and cost-effective design that will meet program budgets, development schedules, and result in well-coordinated construction drawings. Sufficient time for Owner’s design input, comprehensive progress reviews and incorporation of Owner’s responses during the project’s design and pricing phases is included in each project’s schedule, allowing for a well thought-out project that incorporates Owners’ ideas.  BUILD DESIGN STUDIO, LLC develops each design consciously and responsibly together with the Client.
