Greg Nicolay – Architectural Associate in charge of implementing Schematic Design into Contract Documents. The design and construction of the room modules were prefabricated and shipped to site for erection.

La Mer Beachfront Inn: (Cape May, NJ) 225 keys

Greg Nicolay - Designer and Architect of record for a phased ocean front hotel project in an historic district. The last phase consisting of 20 ocean front suite and a restaurant is now in permitting.

 

Thompson Hotel (Miami Beach, FL) 520 Keys

Greg Nicolay and Jeff Gammill - Program Managers responsible for overall budget, design, and schedule development. Prepared and negotiated all consultants and the general contractors GMP agreements. Lead the ownership team from concept design through construction management and occupancy. Budget of 90M with 12 months of design.  Fast track permitting and construction was completed in 12 months. Project involved Historic structure adaptation.  

 

 

Soho Beach House (Miami Beach, FL) 88 Keys  

Jeff Gammill – Project Architect for a Gut-rehabilitation project at an historic South Beach property for a global premier hotel operator. Renovation of an existing 7 story hotel with the addition of a new 16 story tower, including an 8th level rooftop Swim Spa, Cowshed Spa, Cecconi’s restaurant, and numerous unique amenities.  As the project manager for the Architect, Jeff worked closely with the Moss Construction Management team on coordinating the consultants, working with Ownership, and ensuring that the design side of the project was effectively managed.

Coste D’Este Resort Hotel, (Vero Beach, FL) 120 Keys

Jeff Gammill - Gut rehabilitation and conversion of a hurricane damaged property into a Flagship high-end hotel with restaurant and spa for Emilio and Gloria Estefan. This was a challenging multi-phased fast track project, with two existing 5 story towers linked by a new restaurant/lobby facility.
